Shopfinda is a platform for Instagram-based businesses. By signing up, you confirm that you operate a legitimate business that sells or showcases products or services via Instagram. Personal accounts are not permitted.

2. Your listing

You are responsible for ensuring that all information on your listing is accurate — including your business name, Instagram handle, location, and bio. Shopfinda reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that contains false or misleading information.

3. Reviews

Reviews on Shopfinda are submitted by buyers and are independent of vendors. Vendors may respond to reviews but cannot request removal of honest reviews. Shopfinda reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.

4. Account suspension and removal

Shopfinda reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any vendor account that:

• Does not operate a legitimate Instagram business
• Provides false or misleading information
• Engages in fraudulent activity
• Violates these terms in any way

5. No guarantee of results

Shopfinda does not guarantee any specific number of profile views, reviews, or customer inquiries.

6. Changes to these terms

Shopfinda may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
